We work with experienced and committed interviewers. Having intermediate or higher professional and university backgrounds, our freelancers are highly qualified and very experienced.

Our panel chairs, minutes secretaries, and report writers are also experienced. We work with certified translators to translate questionnaires.

We operate with stringent fieldwork control procedures:

• All interviewers receive instructions. It is standard procedure to check the first two interviews. During the fieldwork period, interviewers are supervised by fieldwork coordinators.
• Afterwards, the fieldwork coordinators contact a random sample of the respondents as a check, using the respondents' native language.
• All interviewers are aware that these checks are carried out and that payment takes place after such fieldwork checks have been performed.
